Jambi

Jambi is a province located on the eastern coast of Sumatra Island in Indonesia. The province is bordered by West Sumatra to the northwest, Riau to the northeast, South Sumatra to the south, and the Strait of Malacca to the west. The capital city of Jambi is also called Jambi. Tourist attractions in Jambi include the Muaro Jambi Temple Complex, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Kerinci Seblat National Park, which is the largest national park in Sumatra and home to various endemic species of flora and fauna. The province is also known for its traditional silk weaving, which can be found in various local markets and shops.
